Really struggling with this whole HOA thing. On one hand, the tree branches are cut, you can’t unring that bell. On the other hand every time I’m in my back yard I see the result of it and just get reminded of it all. HOA has offered to better communicate in the future, but that’s almost nothing. 😡
Josh Johnson I know on the surface it's not a big deal—especially considering some of the true horrible things HOAs have done out there—but after 3 years of our home being our safe place from everything out there it's been kind of a last straw feeling with just everything. I kind of just want to sell everything and live in my van.
Ron Chester I think you should push for a better solution. One obvious rule would be for the gardeners to ring the bell and confirm with the occupant that they agree with the planned pruning before they start cutting. They should also give you some financial compensation for their mess-up. Don't give up, you did nothing wrong.
