@dimsumthinking I mix all my sourdough discard (about a cup) with a cup of flour, tsp salt, rosemary, 1/4 cup of olive oil and mix it into a ball. After a quick rest in the fridge for ~30 mins I flatten it as much as possible and cut squares. Cook for ~30 mins at 375°.
